The item should also have its original tags and packaging when applicable.

Not have been washed or altered

Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for a return.

Please do not send an item back without receiving return instructions from us.

4. Return Method

Eligible returns must be sent by mail using the return instructions provided by Wild Moon Boutique.

For eligible returns, we provide a free return label that customers can download and print.

There is no restocking fee for eligible returns.

5. Return Shipping

For eligible returns, the return shipping label is provided free of charge.

Customers should use the return label and shipping instructions provided by Wild Moon Boutique to send the product back.

6. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible products.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

The product being exchanged must be new, unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may provide another appropriate resolution in accordance with this policy.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Photos of the product and packaging when applicable

After reviewing the issue, we will provide return or exchange instructions.

Eligible defective or incorrect items may qualify for a replacement or refund.

8. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will review the return.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

We process approved refunds within 7 days after the returned product has been received and the return has been approved.

After we process the refund, the time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

9. No Restocking Fee

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order before it is processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the return process may apply.
