Order Processing Time

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM GMT will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Method: We offer Standard Shipping on all orders.
Shipping Cost: Free shipping is available on all orders — no minimum purchase required.
Estimated Delivery Time: Once processed, orders are delivered within 3–5 business days.
Total Delivery Time: From the time of purchase, delivery takes approximately 4–7 business days.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.
Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure all information is correct to avoid delays.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Order Changes: To modify an order, contact us immediately at support@buyzas.co.uk. Changes may not be possible after shipping.
Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Email us at support@buyzas.co.uk as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If you entered an incorrect address, contact us right away at support@buyzas.co.uk. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to update the address, and additional fees may apply.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number within 24–48 hours.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed or missing, please reach out to us at support@buyzas.co.uk with your order number. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
